Support & Structures to Build Stronger Connections

Team coaching is an ongoing space to reflect, build connection and trust, identify opportunities for growth and sustainability, and build capacity to respond to incidents that arise. During team coaching sessions, we will introduce protocols and structures to support meaningful dialogue and connection. 

Team coaching will help your team to communicate more openly and honestly with one another, build the skills to move through conflict, and address underlying barriers that get in the way of your goals.

Topics could include:

  • Developing structures and skills to listen openly to one another and support vulnerability and constructive dialogue.

  • Creating an environment where risk taking and mistake making is encouraged and supported. Addressing perfectionism by separating doing the wrong thing from being wrong and making a mistake from being a mistake.

  • Noticing when defensiveness happens. Acknowledging the inherent risk to engaging in organizational change and shifting away from fear and towards a lens of possibility.

  • Navigating challenging situations that arise in the organization.

As a result of team coaching your team will be stronger, more connected, more effective, and better able to innovate and collaborate to meet goals faster.
